  4. I was having trouble making sense of the linear documentation, so I 
  5. reworked it into a hypertext reference. Since there currently [9412] 
  6. seems to be no one functioning as the XLIB maintainer, I've taken the 
  7. liberty of adding the WinHelp reference and bumping up the version
  8. number. I will do my best to keep the WinHelp reference current with 
  9. the library. If you have any corrections, suggestions, or additions, 
  10. please don't hesitate to contact me.

  14. To use the XLIB WinHelp reference, simply unzip the archive and 
  15. create a Windows program item invoking WinHelp with the name
  16. of the help file as the first arguement:

  20. That's all there is to it.
